This series is designed to support providers in the diagnosis and management of patients with autism and developmental disabilities and in the implementation of STAT. Objectives include learning the use of the screening tool (STAT) to evaluate risk for an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in young children, evaluating common behavioral problems in children with ASD and associated developmental disabilities, managing medication and implementing common behavioral management strategies.

CME:
This ECHO Colorado series will be reviewed and acceptable for up to 5.0 credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Participants should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity (1.0 credit per session).
