In the U.S., urinary tract infections account for about 7 million
office visits and more than 1 million hospitalizations annually

This is a monthly, drop-in opportunity designed for Colorado-based primary care providers (MD, DO, NP, PA, APP) to discuss urology topics of their choice and receive feedback from a urology specialist. This ongoing series will allow participants to share de-identified cases, including de-identified patient imaging, and ask questions for peer-to-peer and specialist consultation to support one another in patient diagnosis and management.

Participants are highly encouraged to present patient cases for group discussion and expert consultation. Participants have consistently told us that sharing cases is one of the most helpful aspects of an ECHO series. You may have a question about a patient case you'd like to discuss in a collegial and supportive environment or you may have an interesting case that you think other participants could learn from. We'll take either!

We all learn from each other when you bring a case to the discussion.

Presenting a case during Office Hours is easy! Here are some tips:
-It’s informal – show up and ask your questions!
-Verbalize what you can
-De-identify any patient information
-Outpatient workup cases are highly encouraged
-Information on other follow-up avenues will be shared if your questions cannot be answered in session

PLEASE NOTE: All ECHO Colorado sessions are considered educational activities. ECHO case consultations do not create or otherwise establish a patient-provider relationship between any ECHO clinician and any patient whose case is being presented in an ECHO setting.
