ECHO Colorado and the School Health Program at Children's Hospital Colorado are happy to support School Nurse leaders across the state by offering a Community of Practice. This is an opportunity for School Nurse leaders to come together once a month to share best practices, tools and strategies and to work through the challenges that arise in the school setting.
