60% of colorectal cancer deaths could be prevented with screening

In this series, health center clinical and quality improvement staff will develop key skills and strategies to improve patient outcomes related to colorectal cancer screening rates in support of the 80% in Every Community goal set by the National Colorectal Cancer Roundtable (NCCRT). This series will feature experts from the NCCRT, Great Plains Tribal Chairmen’s Health Board, and community health centers.

80% in Every Community is a NCCRT initiative that continues the progress and commitment from 80% by 2018, and reemphasizes the dedication to partnership, collective action, and the pooling of resources to reach 80% colorectal cancer screening rates nationally.
