In this ongoing biweekly series, an interdisciplinary panel of public health, clinical, school administrators and behavioral health experts provide updates on best practices for safe, in-person learning. Topics will include the latest epidemiologic data; evidence and operational strategies for safe, in-person learning; what to do about sports and other extracurricular activities; services for students with special needs and disadvantaged populations; resources for behavioral health; and school- and COVID-19-related state and federal policy.
