One common thread runs through every partnership; They all help advance the ECHO Colorado mission to improve the way knowledge is shared among health professionals and those whose work impacts health. This allows people everywhere in the state to receive better care for more health issues, right in their own community.
This week, the team got to take this commitment to our partners at the Southwestern AHEC, in Durango. Halley and Kory were able to learn about the work the team is doing in Durango, and understand the barriers and challenges communities face in the South West both with isolation, immense referral, and more limited resources than some other parts of the state.
We are grateful to have our partners to support the sharing of knowledge and to continue collaborating on some upcoming learning series under our partnership.
