Motivational Interviewing reduces provider burn-out,

increases job satisfaction, and improves patient outcomes

Motivational Interviewing focuses on exploring and resolving ambivalence and centers on motivational processes within the individual that facilitate change.

This free five-week series builds upon foundational Motivational Interviewing proficiency for patient navigators, community health workers, and care coordinators who are already using MI as an integral part of their clinical practice.
