Behavioral health providers integrated into a

primary care practice play a crucial role in meeting

the growing mental health needs of Coloradoans.

Working as a behavioral health provider in an integrated primary care setting is exciting and valuable work, but it does pose a unique set of challenges. ECHO Colorado, in partnership with Colorado State Innovation Model (SIM) and the University of Colorado Department of Family Medicine, now supports SIM behavioral health providers across the state by offering a Community of Practice. 

This COP will meet monthly, starting in April, to share best practices, tools, and strategies to work through the challenges that arise in integrated practices.
