This series is offered in partnership with the Community Health Association of Mountain/Plains States (CHAMPS) and the Rocky Mountain Public Health Training Center (RMPHTC).

In this series, health center professionals from Region VIII Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) will share strategies to improve colorectal cancer screening rates in community health centers.Sessions will cover identifying patients and options for screening, creating policies for your health, and best practices for communicating and coordinating care. This series is designed for multidisciplinary staff, including Clinical, Quality Improvement and Administrative Leadership Professionals.
