ECHO Colorado facilitates professional knowledge sharing in Colorado by developing and supporting bi-directional video learning communities. These learning communities, or series, are offered to multiple cohorts of 15-20 providers or public health workers each.
Clinical Practice Support:
These series are designed to improve practice capabilities in single topic areas for primary care practitioners and allied health professionals.
These series are designed to improve current disease prevention and health promotion programs using case‐based learning to share best practices across programs and committees. There is some didactic training in these sessions, but the major focus is on peer learning to improve the effectiveness of current disease prevention programs in Colorado.
